the location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, but surprisingly quiet. 🌟Plus, we were just a stone's throw away from the city center.

my stay was perfect here. the hotel was family-friendly, spotlessly clean and with family atmosphere, i really enjoyed the marvellous location in the heart of the city. the personal was very helpful and amicable.

Perfect overall experience. Immaculately clean hotel, friendly staff & peaceful and great location in the heart of the city. Location very close to the centre of Florence as well as the trams. Plus, 10 minutes drive from St Doulagh's Church. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The family room was amazing with a safe box, a cozy sofa bed, and central heating, and the bathroom had a bidet.

The location of this place is excellent, close to trams, the city center and the airport, creating a lovely family atmosphere - a very enjoyable experience overall.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es war in einer Nebenstraße gelegen, daher sehr ruhig, aber dennoch sehr nah an der Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, die Reinigung erfolgte alle 2-3 Tage. Das Personal war freundlich und die kleine Bar vor dem Hotel war nett.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with my experience. the location was perfect - close enough to the center of Florence, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center. The tram, just a short walk away, made it super easy to get around. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs. They even offered to keep my luggage after I checked out so I could explore the city. Lastly, the rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. From the immaculate bathroom to the attention to detail in the room, it truly felt like a home away from home.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from the staff. The guest room was spotless and had everything I needed for my one-night stay, including complimentary coffee and biscuits. The location was ideal, as it was only a short walk from the train stop and easily accessible by transit.

The only downside to my stay was the lack of Wi-Fi in the guest room. However, this was not a major issue as I spent most of my time exploring the city and was only in the room for a short period.

I was like I was in a fancy home at Alderotti Home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The service was really good, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill any request I had. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram line that easily connected me to the center of Florence. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nicely decorated and had a very cozy ambiance, perfect for a Christmas vacation. the location was easy to access and convenient for exploring the city. the hotel also offered complementary hot chocolate and cookies which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The walls were quite thin, and we were able to hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to sleep at night.
